Kingdom Vision believes strong churches are built by strong leaders. Our Leadership & Church Development ministry is devoted to equipping pastors, pioneers, and church families with the training, support, and spiritual encouragement they need to lead with vision and resilience. This ministry strengthens the foundation of the Church in Sri Lanka by investing in those called to shepherd it.

Pastor & Pioneer Training

Through dynamic leadership seminars, evangelism workshops, and mentorship programs, over 5,000 pastors and pioneers have been trained across the island. These sessions focus on biblical leadership, practical ministry skills, and spiritual renewal—empowering leaders to disciple their communities and plant thriving churches. Regular conferences are held in major cities and rural regions alike.

Pastor Families Meetings

Ministry begins at home. We host dedicated gatherings for pastors and their families to reconnect, reflect, and be refreshed in God’s presence. These events provide teaching on family dynamics, emotional health, and spiritual balance—building healthier leaders and stronger church homes. In 2024, over 150 pastoral families participated in such gatherings in Matara and Negombo.

Support for Missions

Kingdom Vision also supports local and international missions by equipping emerging leaders, sponsoring ministry outreach, and facilitating cross-cultural Gospel efforts. Teams from Korea, Germany, Malaysia, and the UK have partnered with us to mobilize missionaries, distribute resources, and train pioneers, helping carry the Gospel farther than ever before.
